What time should I get there?

Show #1 - The Experience begins at 6:30 p.m. -- Check In at 6:00 p.m., doors close 6:45 p.m.
Show #2 - The Experience begins at 8:30 p.m. -- Check In at 8:00 p.m., doors close 8:45 p.m.

What should I wear?

The steamplant is chilly, so please dress accordingly. We advise shoes that are good for uneven ground, though there is no intense running, climbing, etc. that you'll need to do.

Where should I park?

The event is at the Georgetown Steam Plant - there is limited VIP parking that is on site and some general parking a short walk from the location. If possible, we suggest ride sharing or public transportation. Please leave time to find parking before doors close.

What will there be to drink?

There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

Will there be food?

Please check back for more information closer to the show.

What is the show’s age limit?

The show is adult in nature and therefore 18 and over. There will be alcoholic beverages available for purchase. You will need to provide a valid ID at check-in to receive a 21+ wristband.

Safety/Boundaries

You might be lightly touched by the performers. We will provide you with a universal signal to use if you’d like them to back off and leave you alone. 

Navigating the show

The experience will be mostly self-guided - you are encouraged to explore, mingle, seek out what most intrigues you and have fun! There will be hosts throughout the space who can assist you if you’d like to leave an experience, find a new one, or just go hang out somewhere.

Accessibility

This is not a fully wheelchair-accessible show, as some experiences take place upstairs or in enclosed spaces. However, large parts of the show would be accessible in a wheelchair. If you have any questions please email us

Theatrical Effects

You may be exposed to special and bright lighting, jarring sounds, fog, flashing lights, and/or spooky or disorienting sounds/images - if at any point you want to leave the experience, there will be an exit nearby or you can ask one of the staff to help you. Please email us if you have any concerns.

I haven’t gotten my QR code, can’t find my ticket, or have some other problem with my ticket!

Please note the each attendee must complete a waiver, and the ticket QR code will not be sent to the purchaser until the waiver is completed. The links for the waivers are provided right after tickets are purchased, and emailed to the purchaser. The QR codes are also emailed to the purchaser. Tickets come from “AOTW” - try searching your email for “noreply@ticketspice.com”
